Job Description:
- Seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team
- Responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates are welcome to apply, but SNF experience is highly preferred
- Candidate must have strong communication and clinical skills
