We know our staff is our most valuable asset, so we offer training and support to make our team stronger, and generous benefits and compensation to keep you here.nnAs an Accounting Specialist, you will perform daily accounting tasks, generate invoices, cash receipts, project reporting, project system setup and maintenance, and other special projects as assigned. You will also collaborate with other accounting staff and departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.nnTo be successful in this role, you should have:nnThree to five years' experience in accountingnnAccounting degree preferrednnExperience in architecture/engineering/construction environment preferrednnEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:nnPrepares monthly invoicing and related reports.nnAssists Project Managers with client invoicing questions and collection.nnResearches cash receipts, coding, and posting of receipts.nnPrepares remote bank deposit.nnAssists Project Managers with project coordination to include system setup, project maintenance, and document management.nnReview monthly financial project reporting to ensure accuracy for revenue recognition and client invoicing.nnProvide back-up assistance to other accounting technicians.nnAssist with audit preparation.nnOther duties may be assigned.nnTo be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
