As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing weekly payroll for multi-state employees with precision
- Entering and managing payroll information accurately
- Administering employee benefits effectively
- Updating direct deposits, general ledger reporting, wage adjustments, bonus plans, and managing garnishments
- Calculating payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and charitable contributions
- Managing vacation, PTO, sick time, and 401k deductions
- Onboarding new clients into our payroll system smoothly
Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator role:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software is preferred
- Proven payroll experience is essential
