PeopleShare is seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Technician to join our team. If you have a background in electronics, RF systems, and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! Job Title: Radio Frequency Technician Schedule: - Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: - $27/hour + Full Time Weekly Pay
Location: Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer product evaluations, troubleshoot, and repair field test failures.
- Measure RF and DC system variables for RFID equipment installation and operation.
- Test AC/DC electrical specifications based on installation requirements.
- Repair and troubleshoot defective units while documenting processes.
- Assemble and test products to meet customer specifications.
- Read schematics and troubleshoot to the board level.
- Program radio equipment and diagnose issues using appropriate test equipment.
- Troubleshoot to the component level with minimal supervision.
- Perform modifications and maintain technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, customers, and team members.
Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of related experience/training or equivalent education in Electronic Technology.
- Understanding of radio communications hardware and RFID radio transceiver technology.
- Proficient in radio programming software and Windows systems; 2-way radio systems experience preferred.
- Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and test equipment (e.g., network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope).
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and specifications.
Additional Requirements: - Must pass an on-site soldering and electronics test during the interview (approx. 1 hour).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Technical writing skills for internal/external documentation.
