We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Network Engineer specialized in DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP address management) to join our Citizens team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's DDI infrastructure, with a specific focus on Infoblox's DDI solution. In addition to DDI expertise, the candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows DNS, DHCP systems, and a strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Experience in migrating Windows or Linux DNS and DHCP solutions to Infoblox is also a key requirement for this role. Furthermore, the role will involve the need for development skills related to data automation, control, and monitoring. Primary responsibilities include - Design, implement, and maintain the organization's DDI infrastructure, with a focus on Infoblox DDI solution.
- Develop high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation for network security and DDI solutions.
- Create comprehensive work instructions for the Level 2 team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and support processes.
- Ensure the security and reliability of network services, analyzing and resolving network security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce network security policies.
- Evaluate and implement security technologies, perform regular security assessments, and provide technical expertise and support for network security issues.
- Demonstrate expertise in cloud technologies and their impact on network security and DDI management.
- Utilize development skills for data automation, control, and monitoring within the network security domain.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security, CEH) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows DNS, DHCP systems.
- Experience with Infoblox DDI solution and proven track record of migrating Windows or Linux DNS/DHCP solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their impact on network security.
- Experience with Palo Alto security technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with automation and scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, and/or RESTful API
- Cloud network expertise: virtual networks, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, DNS, and network threat management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in financial sector is preferable.
- 5+ years of experience working with industry leading DDI solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Network Security
- 3+ years of experience developing public cloud workloads in at least one major CSP(Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $99,200 - $148,800 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
