As a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Solutions Architect, you're at the heart of our mission, guiding clients through the complex journey of Salesforce implementation and optimization. This role demands more than technical expertise; it requires a genuine passion for understanding and solving client challenges. Through strategic insight and hands-on involvement, you'll architect and build solutions and build enduring client relationships, fostering trust and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to uncover their business needs, challenges, and aspirations, becoming a trusted advisor in their Salesforce journey.
• Design and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions, demonstrating technical prowess and a deep understanding of each client's unique business context.
• Lead by example, engaging in hands-on tasks alongside our team of dedicated Salesforce professionals, from Admins to APEX developers.
• Facilitate collaborative project execution, ensuring all solutions align with client goals and expectations while encouraging team innovation and accountability.
• Champion identifying and developing new business opportunities within client engagements, nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of Salesforce technologies and methodologies, continually enhancing our approach to client solutions.
• Mentor and inspire team members, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Robust experience in Salesforce solutions architecture, underscored by a track record of successful client-focused implementations.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with the skill to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong Salesforce configuration foundation, backed by relevant certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform, Consultant, BA, etc. ).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in collaborative environments, with a knack for motivating teams and driving projects to completion.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to client interaction, with a keen ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
