Work as the Executive Assistant (A true Right-Hand) to the Principal of this UHNW Family. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a supportive work culture. The EA will manage multiple family member calendars and travel schedules, however, more than 75% of the role will include a wide variety of business oriented responsibilities with many directly related to the family's exciting real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle various responsibilities in a flexible and adaptive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple schedules and calendars, coordinating appointments and meetings effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the principal, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.
- Handle correspondence and communication, both written and verbal, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the household.
- Conduct research and prepare materials as requested to facilitate decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with calendar management tools.
- A proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of the principal.
