Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Data Operations Specialist for one of our clients in San Jose, CA.

Rate Range: $58.00/hour to $64.00/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Data Coordination Specialist to oversee the management and transfer of data generated within test vehicles.

This role involves coordinating all activities related to data handling, ensuring efficient and secure data management and data uploads to the cloud.

The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple engineering teams to streamline data processes and improve overall data management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, transfer, and upload of data from test vehicles to the cloud.
• Develop and implement efficient data handling procedures to minimize manual intervention.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure secure data transfer protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of data transfer activities and generate regular reports.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data handling efficiency.

Core Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management, coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data transfer protocols and cloud storage solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with data security best practices and regulations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
