Our long standing client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support a Windows 11 upgrade project for all hardware and laptops. Along with the Windows 11 upgrade, the Technical Support Specialist will also respond to technical support requests from employees, resolve tickets and provide excellent customer service.
