My client is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join a prominent real estate company in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, onsite W2 role offering a competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in developing and implementing Power BI solutions and will be adept at managing a small team of developers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of data models and scalable solutions that provide critical business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of Power BI developers.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data models and BI solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing BI platforms.
• Provide operational support and manage incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and security.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and implementations.
• Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices.
• Act as the primary escalation point for BI-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance as the Power BI SME.

Qualifications - 4+ years of Power BI development experience (1+ year managerial preferred). Advanced expertise in DAX/MDX, Azure DevOps, HTML, JSON, SQL Server. Experience with Python and PowerShell scripting (preferred). Strong skills in data integration and architecture. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Knowledge of security methodologies, including Row-Level Security (RLS). Proficiency in Power BI products, licensing, and troubleshooting data source connections.
