In the Bilingual Medicare Customer Specialist role, you’ll be at the forefront of assisting Medicare recipients, helping them explore their options while enjoying the benefits of working from home. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must reside in NC, SC, TX, NE, NV, or GA
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to pass a felony and HIPPA background check
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow a script
- Access to a quiet, secure, and distraction-free workspace is required
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications, email, and typing skills
- Comfortable using multiple applications at once
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer consistent inbound calls from customers
- Gather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare plans,
- Pre-qualify members to ensure they meet the essential criteria, follow script
- Seamlessly transfer the interested and qualified individual to a licensed Medicare agent for further assistance
