The Medicare Sales Trainer will prepare and conduct employee training courses on Medicare and ACA advanced sales techniques. A Trainer's duties will include identifying educational needs, designing an educational curriculum, and ensuring all employees complete the training class. Ultimately, you will ensure that employees develop their insurance knowledge and skills and that clients get the best advice for their insurance needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Trainer, Medicare Trainer, or similar role
- Experience designing technical course material
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Good understanding of corporate call center environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- Additional certification in training (e.g. 2-15 or 2-40 License) is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Training programs and manuals using simple language
- Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
- Research and recommend learning systems (like TalentLMS and WiZDOM Enterprise)
- Apply educational methods to engage trainees (e.g. gamification-based platforms)
- Train new employees on Medicare and selling processes
- Perform regular organization-wide training on Medicare
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
- Review company policies
