The Ford Agency is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support the VP of Operations at a legal non-profit. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and ability to be a self-starter in an environment with shifting priorities. Ideal schedule would be 9am-1pm, Monday-Thursday with some flexibility. This is a long-term, temporary role expected to start in early 2025 so apply today!
Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule meetings and set up conference calls, webinars, and presentations
- Arrange travel (flights, hotel, car service) and process expenses
- Contribute to presentations with research and briefing materials
- Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize needed information for executive
- Assist across IT, HR, and Finance teams
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of high-level administrative experience
- Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
