Job Description

Summary/Objective

Driven by a customer-centric focus and Lean Six Sigma methodologies this position will have an on-site presence, responsibility for supporting the recruiting and time analyst responsibilities and service commitment daily for an outsourced internal and external exempt and non-exempt recruiting account. Is accountable for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with typical work hours being Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Essential Functions

  • Hourly Recruiting Activities
  • Schedule and coordinate all hiring activities related to hourly hiring.
  • Schedule Teams and onsite interviews for applicants.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, ACF’s, and onboarding assessments.
  • Send out ACFs and offer letters be signed by leadership and potential candidates.
  • Manage and update ATS for hourly, exempt, and non-exempt positions.
  • Present weekly staffing updates to HRBPs and Managers
  • Communicate with hiring managers daily on status of openings and candidates in process.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews with Bosch Leadership


  • Co-Op & Apprenticeship Programs
  • Post positions through TalentHub and on specific external job boards and MAU Jobs websites.
  • Coordinate career fair participation
  • Coordinate placement testing, interviews, and updates in TalentHub.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and on-boarding activities for all co-op/apprentice candidates who have accepted their offer to the program including drug testing, functional medical testing, background checks, Equifax paperwork, etc.
  • Coordinate team building activities for co-ops.
  • Conduct post-placement interview with co-ops complete the program.
  • Other Activities
  • Participate in weekly client staffing meetings
  • Participate in monthly MAU staffing meetings
  • Cross train in all on-site management functions to achieve proficient level.
  • Other duties as assigned



Required Education and Experience

  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must possess strong customer service orientation.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality.
  • Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills required.
  • Flexibility of hours to cover 2nd and 3rd shift, dependable attendance.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior SAP P59 or other time administration software experience
  • Experience working with FMLA, Short Term disability, Military Leaves, and PLOA (Personal Leave of Absence)

Work Environment or Working Conditions

The working conditions and environments are created by our customer’s facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room required.

This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
