Community facility looking to bring on Director Emergency! 15% Director Bonus and Sign on Bonus!

Director assures service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation and management controls to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.

Reports to ED Admin Director, 34 beds with a team of 45 FTE's, seeing about 120 patients a day.

• Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred.
• 3+ years of RECENT Leadership level of LARGE ACUTE CARE ED experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
