Community hospital looking to bring on Chief Nursing Officer! Bonus Incentive Program!
Smaller facility with about 350 employees this CNO will have about 10 direct reports while reporting to the CEO. Hands on working type leader accountable for all day to day protocol and patient care.
- Licensed RN with BSN, Masters or in the process.
- 5+ years of experience in an Inpatient hospital setting.
- 2+ years of recent (within the last 5 years) Nursing Management experience, with responsibilities for FTE management, policy, procedure, budgetary oversight, and disciplinary action.
