Will be interacting with information security team, as well as sales operations and marketing
Process Mapping: Proficiency with process mapping tools (such as Lucid or Visio) to document and analyze workflows
Technical and Analytical Mindset: Ability to think systematically about processes, identify improvements, and make data-driven decisions
Process Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, or other similar methodologies, to support continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:
This role is an essential part of process improvement efforts and requires an individual with a technical and analytical mindset capable of evaluating and enhancing business processes
Provide leadership and direction to the team of Business Systems Analysts for process documentation and design activities.
Train and mentor team members in process mapping methodologies and tools.
Conduct regular process reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives and monitoring the mapped process repository updated with adequate version control.
The Senior Business Process Analyst will focus on documenting, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes that impact the business
This role requires a thorough understanding of process flows, control frameworks, and operational efficiencies to identify gaps and mitigate risks
Process Documentation and Analysis: Analyze business processes, document workflows, and provide recommendations for best practices to enhance operations
Process Optimization: Use process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to drive operational efficiencies, reduce redundancies
Control Framework Application: Identify and implement control points by working with Information security team to ensure compliance with organizational standards and risk mitigation
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts across departments to ensure accurate process documentation and seamless cross-functional workflow integration
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for process enhancements, automation opportunities, and data quality improvements to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations
