We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews, scheduling appointments, and assisting the team in the recruitment process.
The Recruiting Coordinator t will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Coordinating candidate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Posting job openings to job boards and social media sites
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conducting initial phone screens with candidates
- Assisting with the preparation of job offers and employment contracts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
- Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a staffing or recruiting support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards
