Job Description
NAND Stratgic Planner to define and execute NAND strategies and products across the corporate's various NAND vendors.
The strategic planner position focuses on partnering and influencing strategic deliverables throughout the organization. The position requires a combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in certain technical areas. The strategic planner runs certain strategic process, visits customers, and influences the organization via these processes. Activities include running component, ingredient, platform or initiative POPs, competitive analysis, market analysis, and participating in multiple strategic task forces.
Qualifications
- Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management/Marketing, or Computer Science (or equivalent) - Required
- MBA - Preferred
- 15+ years experience in the computer / high tech field - Required
- 10+ years in a role that interfaces with customers, including requirements gathering - Required
- 5+ years of experience with datacenter and/or enterprise storage systems - Preferred
- 2+ years working with SSDs and/or HDDs; experience with SSD and/or architecture - Required
- Experience with NAND and NAND vendors - Preferred
- Strong Program Management skills, attention to detail, and organization to coordinate a variety of stakeholders - Required
- Ability to leverage technical expertise and insights in a team environment and exhibit strong customer orientation - Required
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills required in the development of technical documents and presentations to customers - Required
- Leadership capability, strong interpersonal communications, and ability to task manage with demonstrated ability to deliver team results - Required
- Experience with NVMe, SAS / SATA, Fiber Channel, RAID controllers, HBAs, Expanders, JBODs - preferred
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $149,430 - $274,730. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
