You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of presses, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications for product quality, safety, and optimal material utilization. Hours - 4:00 pm - 2:00 am, Monday - Thursday

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts

Salary: $58,240 - 66,560 per year

Work hours: 3pm to 12am

Responsibilities:

• Optimize flexographic press setup and operation to meet product specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and minimal waste.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the press is equipped with the required materials, streamlining the production process and allowing focus on precision label manufacturing.
• Lead engineering initiatives in Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, ISO quality systems, process innovation, and the integration of cutting-edge systems technology to improve press performance.
• Foster an engineering-driven culture of innovation, developing new products to meet customer needs and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
