HRIS Manager

Location: Hawaii (preferably Oahu, Honolulu). Candidates from other Hawaiian islands or the West Coast may be considered if they are able to meet commuting or relocation expectations.

We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continued implementation of the global Workday HCM system. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity, supporting system governance, providing training, and overseeing related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise for the effective management of Workday HCM.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure system optimization.
• Execute the Workday HCM Strategic Plan and manage governance protocols across locations.
• Develop and support reporting, dashboards, and user training for system acceptance.
• Oversee billing processes related to Workday HCM.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of enterprise-level HCM application administration experience.
• Hands-on experience leading, configuring, and troubleshooting at least two deployments in a multi-company environment.
• Strong preference for prior Workday experience, including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance modules.
• Familiarity with integrations and system governance.
• Must support Hawaii Time Zone hours, with remote work considered for qualified candidates.
