Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile HR Generalist & Executive Admin with over 5 years of experience in a hybrid role encompassing HR and administrative functions. This role will be pivotal in managing office operations and providing high-level executive support to our CEO.
This is a full-time, in-office position with flexible hours when required to accommodate the CEO's schedule.

Salary: Up to $90,000 base
80% HR functions & 20% EA duties

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and discretion.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost care.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office is well-equipped and facilities are maintained, resolving issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison with building management and external vendors.
- Organize office events and track special occasions such as holidays and employee birthdays.
- Provide assistance in the showroom located within the same building when required.
HR Coordination:
- Liaise with external payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Prepare and manage commission reports for payroll purposes.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
Proactive Support:
- Anticipate and address the CEO's needs, providing proactive and efficient support.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in an HR and Administrative Assistant hybrid role or equivalent.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
