Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of general liability matters, including premises liability, property damage, and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active New York Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling general liability cases in New York.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
