Our Chemists  do important work that provides high quality, defensible data for our clients. In this role you’ll use state-of-the-art equipment & instruments  to generate analytical data supporting environmental compliance and decision making. A key aspect of this position involves GC-MS testing (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry).

What Will You Be Doing?

• Generate analytical data to support environmental compliance and decision making
• Perform analyses following SOPs based on approved analytical methods using a variety of analytical techniques, equipment and instrumentation
• Utilize technical knowledge to apply problem solving skills in a focused area of the lab and execute analyses consistently across a range of analytical techniques
• Identify and help implement procedural opportunities for time savings
• Support and participate in quality events such as audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science or related area; OR equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on, laboratory analysis job experience
• 2 years of CG-MS job experience
• Starting pay is dependent on experience level
