A network of outpatient practices in New York is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Gastroenterology team in Queens. About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Office is open 8-6 or 8-5Specialty: Gastroenterology/ GI Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities:The Gastroenterology NP or PA will:Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments and perform thorough physician examinations focused on gastrointestinal healthOrder and interpret diagnostic tests including but not limited to lab work, imaging studies, and endoscopic proceduresDevelop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansProvide patient educationPerform outpatient procedures as required Qualifications:1+ years of experience in an outpatient or physician practice settingNYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or Physician Assistant
