Job Title: Emergency Department RN Location: Milford, Massachusetts Job Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 36 hrs, 7p-7a, days vary and include every other weekend and holiday Position Overview: Pride Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Department RN to join our healthcare team in Milford, Massachusetts. This is a 36-hour, 7p-7a contract position, with a schedule that includes varying days, every other weekend, and holiday shifts. This opportunity is ideal for experienced emergency care professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in a Level III Trauma Center setting. Key Responsibilities:Provide direct care to patients in the emergency department, including trauma resuscitation, stabilization, and management of critical patients.Perform comprehensive assessments, triage, and clinical interventions as needed in high-pressure situations.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized patient care plans.Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and ensure timely updates to patient records.Maintain a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients and families.Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and preventive care.Adhere to infection control practices, hospital policies, and regulatory standards. Qualifications:Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Emergency Care required.Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).Additional Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination (2023-2024 booster or declination) required to work on-site at the facility.
