  • Open dates: 10/2023 - 8/2024
  • Willing to accept: Locum; Locum to Perm; & Perm
  • Shifts: TBD
  • 100% Adult
  • Hospital - 100% Inpatient; 10% Trauma
  • Average number of Hospital-based Patients Per Locum Per day: 10-15
  • 1 Physician onsite at a given time; 3 total in group
  • 2 APPs in Group
  • Lab and X-ray facilities on site
  • EMR: Epic Carepath
  • Level II Trauma Designation
  • Number of operating rooms: 10
  • Required Duties/Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), Code stroke response team
  • Board certified PA or NP - Required
  • OH License - Highly preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
  • BLS & ACLS Certified - Required
  • ENLS - Highly preferred
