Schedule: Monday-Friday two evenings per week

Compensation: starting at $72,000 annual base commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
n
n - Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n - Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n - Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n - Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n

Qualifications
n
Minimum Qualifications:
n
n - Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n - Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
n - Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
n - Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
n - CPR certification
n
