The Physical Therapist will plan, organize, and conduct physical therapy treatment programs based on medical referrals and their evaluations, ensuring effective coordination of care.nnAutonomy, work life balance, one to one patient interaction, great benefits and a competitive salary awaits you!nnRequirementsnnKey Responsibilities:nnDevelop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.nnEvaluate and document patient/client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.nnCoordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.nnEducate patients/clients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative care.nnMaintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.nnUtilize durable medical equipment as needed and provide training to patients/clients.nnEnsure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.nnParticipate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest therapy practices.nnJob Qualifications:nnEducation:Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program.nnLicensure:Current State License or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC) if practicing in a state member of the PTLC, or meets one of the requirements listed in 42 CFR §484.115(h).nnExperience:At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation setting, or home health preferred.nnSkills:Proficiency in therapy skills as defined by accepted standards of practice. Strong interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification.
