POSITION:  Bartender 

EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, Floor Manager, Head Bartender  

PURPOSE:

The Bartender is responsible for all aspects of service and must hold themselves and their teammates to the highest standards of service excellence. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures, as well as hotel/F&B brand standards as outlined in the Service Manual. The Bartender works under the guidance of senior management and the Head Bartender.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands for this position includes standing and working for long periods of time and moving intermittently during work hours. The employee is required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. These physical demands described here must be met by the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
