If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision work, we want to hear from you!nnJob HighlightsnnFirst shift position, pay range up to 16 per hour + overtime + production bonusnMedical benefits, 401k, generous PTO Plan, paid holidaysnOnsite fitness center, walking path, volleyball and basketball courtsnTemperature controlled, safe, clean sewing environmentncompany paid food trucks twice a weeknnResponsibilitiesnnCapable of sewing both straight stitch and over-lock seamsnUnderstand sewing and stitching machine operation and how to adjust or replace all basic mechanical partsnAccepting daily assignments from the sewing leadnUnderstand how to read production reports and written work instructionnAbility to identify all liner fabric types and color, thickness, size options, thread types and color to ensure proper materials are usednAbility to inspect and repair finished productnEnter accurate tracking information into Alpha sewing databasenPerform basic daily maintenance on sewing equipment such as monitoring oil levels, needle position, looper and needle points, thread tension, presser foot and throat platenPerform work duties in the stamping process as directed.nProficient in placing work-in process in the correct storage binsnnEssential Skills RequirednnThis position requires knowledge of sewing, equipment operation, trouble shooting, basic repairs, data entry, ability to identify quality defects and solutions, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.nnPrevious sewing experience operating industrial sewing machines is preferrednHigh school diploma or GED equivalentnBasic data entry and PC skills preferrednnJoin our team at WillowWood Global and be a part of our mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals with limb loss.
