Charlotte Consolidated Accounting Office - HICnnLocation: 6030 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212nnAUTOGUARD ENROLLMENT/CANCELLATION SPECIALISTnnNo Healthcare Premiums!nn401K Matching!nnPaid Vacation!nnReporting To: Autoguard Department HeadnnExemption Status: Non-ExemptnnJob Profile: Responsible for accurately reviewing and maintaining accounting schedules, enrollments/cancellations and posting aftermarket product in a timely manner.nnSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.nnCore Responsibilities:nnReview and correct accounting schedulesnnProcess enrollments/cancellationsnnPost ACH payments/charges receivednnCommunicate with dealership personnel for contract correctionsnnEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:nnReview and correct schedulesnnProcess enrollments/cancellationsnnPost ACH payments receivednnFollow approved office processesnnVerify cancellation forms are accurate and completely filled out to include customer/dealer signature and refund section.nnDistribute cancellation refunds accordingly (ex. cut checks, down payment JE).nnVerify weekly enrollment charges and monthly cancellation payments receivednnPost charges and payments, upon receipt from accounting manager via bank reconciliation.nnManage/clear schedules for each assigned dealership.nnProvide notes for any issues that need attention from dealership management and provide to Controller/Accounting manager for weekly review in debriefs.nnBuild relationships and communication with dealership personnel, accounting managers and HAG.nnMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsnnMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areannParticipates in required trainingnnRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemnnFollows Safeguards rules and regulations.nnDemonstrates the Company’s Core ValuesnnComplies with Company policies and proceduresnnObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.nnOther duties as assignednnQualifications:nnTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and companynnpersonnel.nnAttendance Expectations:nnThe position requires regular and predictable attendance.
