This work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of on-site assets such as solar panels, trackers, and power inverters.nnRequirements:nnTakes direction from senior site personnel.nnAssists with troubleshooting of AC and DC power systems.nnConducts preventative maintenance on AC and DC power systems.nnUses hand tools effectively.nnUtilizes a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).nnManages site inventory.nnFollows site safety plan and safe work practices.nnInterfaces with project stakeholders (owners, equipment manufacturers, etc.).nnInterfaces with project subcontractors.nnRepresents RES in professional manner to project stakeholders.nnOperates RES company vehicles, including trucks, in accordance with state and federal laws and RES policies.nnAttends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.nnComplies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.nnRotating on-call schedule for emergency response.nnPresets, supports, and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.nnSafety:nnFollows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.nnQualifications:nnHigh school/GED General Education required.nn1+ years or more Related maintenance experience preferred.nnBasic knowledge of:nnMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)nnElectrical power systemsnnDrawingsnnBasic circuit theorynnOSHA regulationsnnHand toolsnnAbility to reside with a maximum commuting distance of 60 miles from the work site to ensure availability for on-site responsibilities.nnAbility to work a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response.nnFunctional Competencies Include: Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Ethics & Integrity, Communication and Prioritization.nnDomestic travel 76-100% required.nnValid Driver’s License required.nnAnticipated base salary range: $25.96 - $30.77nnThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.nnRES offers benefits that are effective first day of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
