Technology Project Coordinator

- Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite in Bridgewater, NJ
RedStream Technology is looking for a highly organized Contract Project Coordinator to join our client's IT team working on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience helping manage technology projects and working with Jira and Microsoft Office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing comprehensive plans such as roles and responsibilities, and timelines of each project.
- Document and track project rsisk and issues.
- Monitor progress on all assigned projects and ensure they remain within budget.
- Track changes in scope or timeline of each project
- Coordinate meetings between stakeholders. regarding status updates or any potential issues that arise during a project's lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on progress made towards completion of individual tasks or entire projects
- Create reports summarizing overall performance metrics for completed projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Project coordination experience on multiple projects simultaneously while helping ensure that deadlines are met on time.
- Experience working on IT infrastructure and security related projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Jira (or similar) software tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational & analytical skills.
