Our client is the leading non-governmental provider of social services in America. They are looking for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of our client’s network infrastructure, troubleshooting network-related issues, and optimizing network performance. This is a hybrid position based in Rockland County, NY.

Network Engineer’s Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing timely support and resolution.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Network Engineer’s Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with Cisco and Meraki network environments.
• Strong skills in network automation using Python or Ansible.
• Proficient in network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and interact with internal clients effectively.
