Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will support multiple projects within the construction and architecture space. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for 5–6 ongoing projects.
  • Draft and finalize technical specifications and project proposals.
  • Take comprehensive conference notes and maintain organized documentation.
  • Assist with processing construction documents.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Administration to ensure project goals are met.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction or architecture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.


Additional Details:

  • This is not an Executive Assistant role and does not involve event planning.
  • Training will be provided for additional software systems as needed.
