Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will support multiple projects within the construction and architecture space. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for 5–6 ongoing projects.
- Draft and finalize technical specifications and project proposals.
- Take comprehensive conference notes and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist with processing construction documents.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Administration to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Additional Details:
- This is not an Executive Assistant role and does not involve event planning.
- Training will be provided for additional software systems as needed.
