Position: Part-Time Facilities Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18-22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Pick up mail and manage shipping logistics
- Set up conference rooms and assist with catering arrangements
- Ensure office cleanliness and stock supplies
- Provide backup support for Facilities team members
- Support remote office locations as needed
- Assist with invoice management (training provided)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office support or facilities preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift and move light equipment and supplies
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
