Position Overview:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Senior Physical Security Analyst to work onsite in Arlington, VA. In this role you will support various physical security duties of ANSER and its clients.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom Construction Security Plans (CSPs) for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) projects.
• Provide full-time management of on-site SCIF projects.
• Maintain and manage SCIFs.
• Implement construction security controls and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, including documentation and reporting of violations to the Accrediting Official (AO).
• Conduct regular meetings with AO, project management, quality control, and end user group teams.
• Provide support to the Government AOs in the accreditation and inspection of SCIF projects.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and instructions on security policy, procedures, techniques, equipment, and methods as it pertains to the Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of SCIF projects.
• Conduct or support the periodic security inspections of cleared facilities to ensure compliance with applicable DoD and Intelligence Community policies.
• Conduct or support facility inspections/walkthroughs, as mission dictates.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of progressive relevant work experience with SCIF lifecycle management and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) accreditation process.
• Intermediate-level cyber certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced-level cyber certifications, such as CISSP, CISSO, or CISM.
