As a Lead Delivery Driver, your primary focus is to deliver an outstanding customer experience by assembling, demonstrating, and delivering Sleep Number Smart Beds and products. Additionally, you will act as the local point of contact for Fulfillment Quality, inventory management, and oversee the local fleet's DOT compliance and maintenance. Your role involves training and onboarding team members, maintaining communication, and ensuring efficient operations.
