Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients/ customers
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure that all service requests are completed to customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to the service department as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate note taking and computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in a security or telecommunications-related industry is a plus
