In our award-winning fine-dining kitchen, we prepare our foods from scratch, use as many local Alaska products as possible, grow seasonal gardens, and serve innovative and exciting cuisine to both our guests and our staff. We live along the Alaska Coast and have a 20-acre old growth forest on our property that inspires our foraging daily.
Chefs in our kitchen are professionals who work closely together as a team to create seasonal menus that are counted among the most innovative cuisine being served in Alaska.
We look for chefs at Tutka Bay Lodge who can contribute to our guests' Alaska adventure, successfully work in a remote environment, exhibit advanced professional skills, and take pride in 'at the stove' work.
Please apply to us only if you are passionate and enthusiastic about your food and the contribution you can bring to our table.

We work approximately 10-12 hours daily, six days per week. Our lodge only. hosts 12 to 16 guest per day and we have four chefs in our kitchen.
