One-Star Michelin Albi is seeking a Chef de Partie who is highly motivated and passionate about cooking. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in all aspects of kitchen management, from supervising the prep team, budgeting, ordering, and receiving, and recipe building and costing.

- Run a station during service in an organized manner
