Job Responsibilities - Day to day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor
- Creating and managing a construction schedule
- Organizing and documenting of daily operations and paperwork
- Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules and overseeing the bidding processes
- Reviewing blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work
- Provide updates to the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
- Update internal and client software management systems throughout all phases of the project
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role, preferably in commercial projects
- Experience in day-to-day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor
- Capability of creating and managing a construction schedule
- Understanding of contractual drawings and project scope
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel is a plus
