Position Summary

City of Hope is seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurse (Endocrinology) to join our outpatient clinic team in South Pasadena. The Oncology Nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatment related to endocrine disorders. This opportunity is for full-time, 8-hour shifts, and 40 hours per week. This clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm.

As a successful candidate, you will:

n- Administer chemotherapy, hormonal therapies, and other oncology treatments as prescribed.
n- Monitor and manage patients for treatment side effects and complications.
n- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication management, and self-care strategies.
n- Collaborate with endocrinologists, oncologists, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
n- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
n- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families.
