Job Title: Debt Collector Trainer
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
Pay: $45-50k/yr
Schedule: Mon-Fri Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Work a minimum 40-hour shift per week
- Refine and/or develop training documentation
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for existing staff
- Maintain detailed documentation of all training activities
Requirements: - Minimum 12 months experience as a full-time collection trainer
- Minimum 12 months in a collections call center (3rd party preferable)
- Intimate knowledge of dialer systems and collection software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of developing collectors
- No criminal convictions
- Stable work history
- Strong knowledge of FDCPA and other applicable laws regarding collections and TCPA
