We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team and support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits. Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and concerns, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities. Onboard: Add new headshots into system for badge to be created. HR Systems: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and security. General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Rental Service: ensure that 3rd party companies are scheduled to arrive on time and that equipment is picked up and cleaned. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
