Description Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our Enrollment Specialist position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking someone with employee benefits and group insurance experience.
The candidate will need experience understanding and communicating company benefits to both new hires and at open enrollment for Renewal's clients.

Requirements - Accurately communicate benefit offerings to enrollees of Renewal clients
- Study and understand the benefit offerings for each client
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment questions
- Coordinate with the benefits team at Renewal to ensure timely enrollments
- Help clients navigate enrollment systems of Renewal
- Address and escalate complex benefits questions when necessary
- Utilize communication materials such as benefit guides to educate enrollees
- Insure that all communication is properly logged in Renewal CRM and Enrollment systems
