About the Company
HEXA Containment is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. You will be the front line of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's vision. You will work closely with HEXA’s leadership to understand their team’s personnel requirements and then develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. You must be a “human first” person who can connect with people and identify if their talents and skills align with the positions for which you are recruiting. You will partner with multiple leaders in our business, hiring for multiple disciplines, so you must be able to flow easily from project to project.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source, manage, and identify 3-5 qualified candidates for every open position at HEXA Containment.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for any open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best recruitment practices.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company positively and professionally.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with local universities, attend job fairs, student events, and more.
- Attend other business-related trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Ambitious, organized, and motivated.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
