Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of Care Team Associates (CTA)
  • Ensure that patients receive personal care services based on needs and what matters most to the patient
  • Meet operational and growth goals, including key performance metrics
  • Ensure quality of services delivered meets Company standards
  • Foster an engaged workforce
  • Ensure compliance with the law and Company policies
  • Assist CTAs with their day?to?day duties, including screening new patients and caregivers, on?boarding new patients and caregivers, staffing patient cases with caregivers and ensuring patient cases are started promptly, communicating with patients, caregivers, and patient families to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery, and assist with on?site visits as needed
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or Bachelors degree required
  • Two or more years of healthcare leadership preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Passion and dedication to help those in need
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient and employee needs
