Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Sonographer to join our team in Utica, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound examinations to diagnose vascular diseases.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations, including carotid, peripheral arterial and venous, and abdominal vascular studies.
• Analyze ultrasound images to identify abnormalities and prepare detailed reports.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience in vascular ultrasound preferred.
• Current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
